1) How do I place my order?

1. Pick the product range of your choice.
2. Click on **ADD TO CART**.
3. Click on **CHECKOUT** for the products you wish to purchase.
4. Fill out your personal details required for the delivery of your order.
5. Click on **Continue to Shipping**.
6. Recheck your order and delivery address. Click on **Continue to Payment**.
7. Choose a payment option most convenient to you.
8. Make the payment, and your order will be placed.

2) How does the delivery process work?

All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and notification with your package's tracking number as well as the name of the courier company processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company's website.

 3) How can I track my order?

We dispatch most orders within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays, and local/natural disturbances). You can get your order status from the **My Account** section, which is at the top right corner of the website. Here you will find information on your order status. You can also track your order with the assigned tracking number on the courier partner's website.

4) What is your online return policy?

If you are not satisfied with a product ordered, or are disappointed with the product or service, we would like to know your feedback to serve you better. We strongly believe in the quality of our products and wish for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, in the rare occasion where you may be unsatisfied with a purchase, then you can ask for an online refund against any of your orders within 15 days of its date of delivery also For any other requests or queries regarding this, kindly write to us at travoy1810@gmail.com .

Where should i return my product ?

5) How do I cancel my order?

It would be disheartening for us to know that you want to cancel your order, and we would love to get your valuable feedback to improve our services. However, if you really wish to cancel your order, you can do so by logging into the **My Account** section and clicking **Cancel Order**. or you can send us an Email at travoy1810@gmail.com and we stop the dispatch of the order for you .

 6) How will I get a refund for my cancellation orders, and how long does the process take?

Once you cancel your order, the refund for the ordered amount shall be processed immediately, which shall be credited to your source payment method. The time taken for credit depends on the bank's servers, ranging from immediate credit to 2-3 days. Rest assured, your payment is safe. Once you request to return a product, a pick-up is organized for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse, where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes quality control, a refund is initiated.

7) How can I use a gift voucher/promotional code on my order?

When you click on the **Add to Cart** button, you will be directed to a **Checkout** page where you can enter your Gift Voucher/Promotional code. On entering the code, the valid amount/offer will automatically be applied to your order. You can then proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using your chosen form of payment.

8) How safe is it to use my debit/credit card or make an online payment on Travoy?

All transactions at Travoy Online are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and a Secure Data Encryption process. Any information you enter when transacting with Travoy Online is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties. This is an assurance that we follow the best security practices adopted by major online vendors, where all payments are processed in real-time for your security and immediate peace of mind. You can tell if your browser is in secure mode at “Checkout” by looking for the padlock icon in the address bar of your browser window.

9) What payment types do you offer?

You can pay for purchases using Debit, Credit card, Net banking methods, and UPI.

10) Are your products available in any offline stores?

No, we don’t have any offline stores yet. In the future, we plan to open physical stores in your nearby city.

11) What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, simply click on the product. Once you are on the product page, you can take a screen shot of the product(s) or just note down the type (name ) of the product(s) and then email it to us , and we will send you a notification email as soon as the product is back in stock.

12) By when can I expect delivery of my order?

For India orders, all domestic orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 2-3 business days. We strive to deliver the orders within 2-3 days; however, for locations that are in the interiors or in difficult coverage areas, this may take between 5-7 working days.

13) How are the items packaged at Travoy?

Each of our products is first folded gently and kept in the box after which it is perfectly sealed and then kept inside a good quality courier bag and then sealed again after which it is then couriered to the respective customer with utmost care. 

14) Can I order a product that is "Out of Stock"?

Unfortunately, products listed as "Out of Stock" are not available for immediate sale. However, we can notify you as soon as the product is back in stock. Simply click on the product. Once you are on the product page, you will see an option that says **Notify Me when available**. Enter your registered email address, and you can choose to receive an email notification or a push notification. We will send you a notification email as soon as the product is back in stock.

15) What measures does Travoy take to ensure the quality of its products?
